Two Months Old (Better Late Than Never)

Life at the Hopkins household has been busy the past few weeks. Brandon was out of town for a week, Lucy and I went up north for a couple days, and we most recently experienced a lovely bout of colds/fevers/allergies.  So, all this is to say that we're a bit behind with our blog.

One of our major updates is that after much deliberation, I have resigned from the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. There is the possibility of a temporary, part-time position at the museum, but for now, I'm staying at home with Lucy, and I couldn't be happier to have this opportunity.

Another update, and much more interesting, is that Lucy passed the two-month mark!  She weighed in at a hearty 13 pounds, 7.7 ounces, which puts her in the 95% percentile. Her height and head circumference are in the 90% percentile.  Clearly my initial worries about her getting enough to eat are no longer a concern.
