Yesterday was Great-Grandpa Hagen's 89th birthday, and he was able to celebrate with all 9 of his great-grandchildren. (Their parents and grandparents were there too, but really who cares about them?!)
Last night Jack checked two more things of his list of firsts - his first time on the boat and his first dip in the lake. The boat ride started off shaky because he was tired, but after a quick nap he was ready to hit the water. I worried it was too cold but he proved me wrong and splashed around with Papa and the other kids.
