And so the back-to-school routine begins. Lucy was PUMPED to begin her second year at Son Shine Corner. This year she attends school two days a week, and the most exciting part is that her teacher is Nana! At first Lucy wasn't sure how to address her teacher, but it seems she has settled on "Miss Sharon" or occasionally even "Miss Nana."
Brandon was able to sneak into work a little late in order to see Lucy off to her first day of school. (By the way, during the past six weeks we've been going to school, Lucy almost always tells me how she took her photo with Daddy at the school entrance.)
Poor Jack really wanted to stay at school with the big kids and Nana. I am seeing through his eyes what it's like to be a younger sibling who is left out of the fun. But, he did get a trip to Caribou with both parents to himself. And we all know that treats make everything better!
